The IAP conforms with the code of conduct of the Netherlands Institute for Psychologists (NIP). This means that in our activities we apply the following rules and principles:

1. Before taking part in a psychological examination or assessment center the candidate has the right to receive clear information about the IAP test battery.

2. Any personal information will be communicated in a confidential manner. This means that our psychologists request the candidate’s permission before reporting the results of the examination to the commissioning organization. 

3. Each candidate, like the commissioning organization, receives a copy of the report.
